Felix Touza is a licensed professional engineer in 10 states and is also a LEED accredited professional and a certified commissioning agent (CxA). He has over 30 years of experience in design and construction of mechanical systems for institutional, government, commercial and residential buildings.

Felix is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and International Code Council (ICC).

His experience includes designing and managing plumbing, piping and mechanical construction projects, construction observation for compliance to documents and final acceptance testing.

His responsibilities include design and forensic analysis of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and energy management systems. He performs site inspections, testing, research, product analysis, cost estimating. In addition, he is responsible for writing reports and testifying in depositions, hearings and trials.
