Conrad Gonzalez

Conrad Gonzalez has over 18 years of experience inspecting and designing plumbing and mechanical systems. He is an accomplished HVAC and plumbing forensic technician, CAD drafter and designer.

His project experience includes residential buildings, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, civic buildings, general office buildings, military facilities and other government projects.

In 1991, Conrad obtained an associate’s degree in drafting and design. He later studied civil engineering at Loyola Marymount University and HVAC design at the University of California, San Diego. He has also completed college level building code and plumbing code classes.

Conrad joined the IEI team in 2015. His responsibilities include site inspection, testing, research and assisting with reports and presentations. Conrad also assists with HVAC and plumbing design projects.
