Felix Touza, P.E.

F elix Touza is a licensed Professional Engineer in eight states. He holds a Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) credential and an EPA 608 Universal Certification.

Felix has over 35 years of experience in design, construction administration and forensic analysis of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and energy management systems for commercial, institutional and residential projects.

At Ivey Engineering, Felix performs design and forensic analysis of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and energy management systems. His experience also includes site inspections, testing, research, product analysis, cost estimating and report writing. Felix serves as an expert witness, testifying in depositions and trials.

Felix is the lead engineer at IEI’s office in Clearwater, Florida.
