Business continues to evolve with technology

It's been 16 years since we first opened ourdoors at Ivey Engineering, Inc.— and it seems like only yesterday.
Times have changed and so has the business. Technology continues to rive the world and our lives. In the world of consulting and forensic investigation, everything continues to evolve.
Cameras have gone digital. Computers are more essential. Documents are routinely stored and searched electronically. Many offices are going to a paperless filing system, as we are. Cellular phones are multi-purpose and do everything and more than our laptop computers once did. And globally, communication has become almost instantaneous.
For the most part, anything you want to know is available on the World Wide Web. Our lives and work are definitely changing and the world is moving forward at an amazing pace.
In creating a newsletter, we hope to give our clients and friends a look at us as a company, as professionals and as people. We will share both the professional and personal accomplishments of our staff, so you can understand who we really are.
We will provide our readers with technical information that they can use in their practices or business. Each issue will include articles about a technical matter, written by one of our employees, and information about current trends that have been explored, researched or examined. Whenever possible, we will share what we have discovered and learned.
