Ron Withall has 30 years of experience in the construction industry with nearly a decade of experience as a construction expert. He is a licensed contractor in several states and is certified as a construction management professional by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the American Institute of Constructors (AIC).
He is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Ron is a member of CMAA, AIC and USGBC. His past memberships include the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Building Industry Association/Commercial Industrial Council (BIA/CIC), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE).
Ron joined Ivey Engineering in 2010 and serves as a consultant to real estate, construction and insurance industry clients providing construction management, forensic investigation, property assessment, QC/QA, water intrusion investigation, mold investigation, building envelope/weatherization analysis, delay analysis, contract dispute analysis, cost of repair estimates, building code/zoning and material research, and expert witness testimony.
