Mr. Clanin has over 25 years of experience in plumbing installation and repair. Mark completed the plumbing apprentice training program in 1986. Since then he has worked as a plumber on commercial, residential and industrial projects. He also worked as a heavy equipment operator and performed sewer inspection, repair and installation of underground utilities.
Mark has experience in underground sewer repair, camera and line location work, copper piping and soldering, tract construction, drain line cable and jetting, and excavation and repair of slab leaks. He has over 5 years experience inspecting and evaluating HVAC and plumbing work. He is certified by the National Association of Sewer Service Companies under the Pipeline Assessment Certification Program and is a member of IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials).
Mark joined Ivey Engineering in 2004. His responsibilities include inspection, evaluation, research, documentation and report of HVAC and plumbing system defects and failures. He also performs sewer and dryer vent video inspection and analysis.
