
Mr. Breen has been involved in the HVAC&R industry for over 18 years. He is a licensed residential mechanical inspector, service technician, a certified HVAC&R instructor, a sheet metal fabrication instructor and is certified by the EPA to handle refrigerants. He is also experienced in the design, layout, installation, service and repair of residential and commercial HVAC&R systems.
Dennis started his journey into the HVAC&R industry by first enrolling in the sheet metal fabrication course at Northeast Metro Tech in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Upon graduation in 1985, Dennis enrolled in an HVAC&R service course at Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology where he completed the course requirements and graduated in the summer of 1986.
Since then he has worked as a duct fabricator, shop foreman, service technician, project manager, estimator and installation foreman for commercial and residential heating and air conditioning contractors.
Mr. Breen then accepted a position at Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School to build and run an HVAC shop in the year 2001.
In 2003, Dennis joined Ivey Engineering's Scottsdale, Arizona office. He assists with the firm's forensic work.
